Baja Gold Ocean Mineral Soak is made with Baja Gold Sea Salt, which is naturally sourced from the Sea of Cortez. This sea salt contains a complete blend of minerals and trace elements found in nature (also known as ocean minerals). For added benefits, we have combined these ocean minerals with magnesium and sulfate (known as Epsom salt).

1. Prepare your bath or foot bath
Fill it with water at a temperature that is comfortable for you. Warmer water helps the minerals to absorb better and increases the effectiveness of the bath.
2. Add
Add 1-2 cups of Baja Gold Ocean Mineral Soak to the water and stir gently. You can use it as is or add your favorite essential oils if you like.
3. Relax and enjoy
Let your body relax while benefiting from the perfect mix of minerals and trace elements from nature.
4. After
Be careful when getting out, as the surface can be slippery. Drink a glass of water to hydrate your body well.
Tips:
It is normal that not all natural ocean minerals dissolve completely. Use a paper towel to remove any residue when draining.
